The location was absolutely fantastic. Genuinely all the main attractions are a 5 or 10 minute walk. You’re 1 minute from a pharmacy, 2 seconds from beautiful street restaurants, 2 minutes from Starbucks for coffee. Everything at your finger tips. The bed was very comfy. Room very small.
The room was extremely small however we didn’t mind as we weren’t really in it much

In old part of Rome so walkable to many attractions.Generally quiet at night
Our room,although functional, was not at all what we expected from website. There are two rooms, 101 &102, which are located.off the courtyard away from main part of other rooms. No elevator to these two rooms but 32 steps up with luggage.
Overall, hotel might be a 3 Star property.

Good location but that probably was the only thing I would agree with the description advertised on Booking.com
This hotel was advertised as a 4 Star - it certainly was not! The description did not meet expectation even down to having no proper tea and coffee facilities - there was a coffee machine, no milk provided and no tea facility. They also say there is a iron available - non-existent! Our room had a kitchen unit with 2 large stainless kitchen steel sinks and a kitchen hob - what 4 start hotel has this facility. The unit was broken and dirty and when brought to the attention of the staff they claimed not to understand what we were saying!
