NOTHING AT ALL !!!! BIG SCAM THIS HOTEL IS A HUSTLE.

The hotel has an annex 400m away where we had a room. Not well mentionned on the reservation.
The hotel calls itself a Maison d'Art, but the building is gloomy, ugly and old.
The rooms are tiny. Charmless. Old-fashioned. Unkempt.
No space for suitcases Nor storage space.
No soundproofing. Shutters don't close. Breakfast is the bare minimum.
Booking.com support for changing hotels: non-existent.
Worst experience ever.
I will no longer book through booking.com
L'hôtel possède une annexe à 400m où nous avions une chambre. Ce n'est pas clairement mentionné ni sur le site si sur la reservation sur la réservation. L'hôtel se présente comme une Maison d'Art, mais le bâtiment est lugubre, laid et vieux. Les chambres sont minuscules. Sans charme. Démodées. Mal entretenues. Pas de place pour les valises. Pas d'espace de rangement. A peine la place de tourner autour du lit. Pas d'insonorisation. Les volets ne ferment pas. Le petit déjeuner est le strict minimum.
Assistance de Booking.com pour le changement d'hôtel : inexistante.
La pire expérience hotelière. Je ne réserverai plus par l'intermédiaire de booking.com
Un prix exorbitant par rapport a la prestation.
Meme les auberges de jeunesse sont un meilleur produit que cet hotel

The staff were helpful friendly. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable , the shower was large and bedside tables large enough for chargers and water bottles. The location of this hotel was perfect. I travel to Rome often and have never stayed in this area. My group could walk to all of our restaurants from the hotel.
The lift was small and slow which is a problem staying on the top floors. The rooms are clean but the public areas need an update. The carpets look worn and dirty.

Nothing, we feel scammed.
This venue indeed does NOT have parking - we drove to the address just to find out first of all the street was pedestrian only - luckily we avoided fines and other trouble and the 'parking' provided by hotel was a parking garage miles away from the hotel, which you had to pay 20 euros for a night. So we drove dangerously on this street where we should not have been just to learn we had to drive to this garage. Then we had to walk back spending near an hour of our valuable time in Rome for this mess. We got to the hotel just to hear we aren't even staying in the hotel but at a random several blocks away. So the hotel was not even in the location we had booked - we felt absolutely scammed. You book a hotel thinking that is where you stay but no, we were completely elsewhere. The rooms looked NOTHING like what we had booked and were small and outdated. The bed was one of the worst I have ever slept on, so worn and sheets were like sandpaper. The breakfast was poor, serving bare minimum. We felt unsafe sleeping at this random apartment instead of hotel as there were no lobby, no security, no nothing. Extremely dissapointed with this experience. I will be sending a complaint both to the hotel and booking.com as this was unacceptable.

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, das Personal unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Zimmer war unglaublich hellhörig. Mann hat die Zimmernachbar gehört, als wären sie im gleichen Raum. Das Bett war außerordentlich hart. Beim Duschen gab es einen minütlichen Wechsel von eiskalt auf Reißender Lavastrom. Es war nicht möglich gemütlich zu duschen, was uns ziemlich gestresst hat.

La decoración moderna y todo muy limpio.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero mas que suficiente.
El edificio anexo esta lejos del hotel, pero como no necesitamos ir al hotel no hubo problemas.
La zona al ser una zona de comercio de lujo es una zona cara para comer.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, nos toco en el edifico anexo y las habitaciones tienen el tamaño perfecto para una pareja, el aseo esta muy limpio y con todo lo necesario , el desayuno es muy completo y con todo lo necesario para una buena alimentación.

The reception staff were rude when checking in when there was issues charging card.
The room was tiny, you would bump in each wall just turning around, a chair next to a table right next to the bed and so cramped you cannot use it. The lift did not work, the carpets were all deep stained with dirt. Rooms look nothing like the pictures.

Ascensore per 2 persone, stanze però completamente ristrutturate con gran gusto.

Very good location, next to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and many other spots on the Rome city. Also a good location if you want to do some shopping. The hotel itself was very nice. The room was not big, but not very small either. For a couple it has a good size and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is not moldy and is spacious enough. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was ok. The girls that take care of the breakfast are very friendly.
The location is very touristy, so you have to be cautious to avoid the tourist traps on restaurants, mainly. With some walking you can be fine. As stated in other commentaries, the entrance hall is tiny and can get busy sometimes, as can the elevator. Luckily the hotel was not full and that did not affect the stay in any way.

1. Mienten diciendo que hay parking en las inmediaciones, el parking más cercano está a 1 km
2. Las habitaciones no corresponden con las fotos, además las que dan al patio interior están sometidas a un insoportable ruido provocado por equipos de aire acondicionado o sistemas de extracción las 24 horas del día
3. El colchón y almohadas bastante incómodas
4. Ascensor pequeño (máximo 2 personas y sin maletas)
5. Desayuno malísimo, poca variedad y de baja calidad, café de máquina expendedora y zumos de cartón malos.
Pd: Por la estructura de cada piso si por circunstancias varias se produjese un incendio en cualquier planta, todas las personas que hubiesen en esa planta caerían como

Comfortable bed and good sized room. Very nice location. Close to everything.
The breakfast could have more variety of fresh fruit and natural juices (the ones available were from the supermarket).
There’s only one small elevator that takes too long.
The shower door didn’t close properly.
From our room we could hear noises all night from ventilations.
The A/C wasn’t working properly.

Le personnel indifferent, le ménage n’est pas fait, les installations vieilles et usées, chasse d’eau qui coule en permanence, absence totale d’isolation aux fenêtres donnant sur une rue bondée, donc aucune possibilité de dormir pendant les 4 nuits de séjour. Les volets ne se fermant pas non plus car cassés. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles, le prix est disproportionné par rapport aux prestations.
