We liked the location. We met the owner once and he was very friendly as was another gentleman that helped us store our luggage on the last day. The room was very clean. Beds made each day and towels changed every second day. The shower was good and bathroom clean. The wardrobe is large for storing suitcase and belongings.
Our room was quite small for 5 of us for 3 nights. Two of the beds are very close to the door. The room was very stuffy even with the air con on. Night time the room was very warm and we were there in October. On returning in the evenings there is a strong smell of I'm assuming damp. We would have liked to be able to open the window at night but unfortunately it is a door and can be accessed from the outside so has to be shut. . The courtyard is not exactly a courtyard. Its just a wall and nothing to look at.

The location was excellent near the Spanish steps. Room was clean.
Not a very comfortable bed and a very bare room. There was someone to greet us on rival, but she left shortly after and no one was there later in the day or the day we checked out. We were told to leave the city tax payment in the room. But we had no way to get change since no one was there at reception so we had to make change in a shop.
