My family and I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Araneta Center, as I chose this location to celebrate my birthday. During the booking process, they have taken note of my request and even provided a birthday token. The buffet was amazing. We had a wonderful breakfast, and the kids enjoyed their time at the pool. Overall, I will consider Novotel as one of the places to check in.

The hotel was clean and the staff were really nice and friendly. I also liked the buffet—there was a good selection to choose from.
The room didn’t have some basic extras like cotton buds, cotton pads, or a shower cap. Also, instead of the usual small bar soaps, everything was in dispensers, which isn’t really my preference. Oh and there was a stain on the headboard too.
The pool experience was a bit disappointing too. They only allowed the exact number of people registered in the room, which I haven’t really experienced in other hotels. On top of that, we had to pay extra to use the pool, but it was being shared with kids having swimming lessons at the same time, so it didn’t feel very relaxing or worth the extra cost.
