The service and hospitality of the staff was exceptional, so professional always with a smile. The location is great there is so much around (there is even a small mall area and supermarket attached very convenient) and it always seems pretty central location where you can go from here to other key tourist locations … the lobby is beautiful
The cleanliness …. But it was handled immediately and efficiently by the housekeeping manager, who was so kind.

Overall it was a good location for F&B , small shopping, and not far from airport . Security and traffic around the are was also good.
Unfortunately , mosquitoes outside the cafe.

WE really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was amazing especially the pandesal bread so yummy. we would like to thank you the staff are so polite the security and the staff at the entrance door are very welcoming.
we've had a very bad experience when we came back and it was late at night. The entrance from the mall going to the hotel was already close. We have a person on a wheelchair and the escalator inside the mall was not working either so it was a very difficult for us. We hope that in the future the door from the mall going to the hotel is still open if the mall are still open.

room: mini bar/chiller is not cold - i have requested to replace it, wifi get's disconnected
