Room was spacious and big, well maintained and clean.
Wide range of breakfast spread and some item menu was rotated daily. Room service was fast and delicious as well.
Laundry was cleaned and folded neatly.
Gym and swimming pool is well maintained and good.
Hotel has direct access to the mall beside at level 3 and 4 so it's very convenient even if it's raining outside.
Bathtub is isolated at a corner of the bathroom with no TV screen access.
Power plug only on one side of the bed.
Room service can order online but need to receive confirmation via hotel phone call.

Great space and location.
The gym was shared and feels uncomfortable. I really like this hotel and I wish I could open windows for some air and let the old air out.
