The facilities are complete and the staff are nice and very accommodating.
The toilet door is difficult to move, the cabinet doors are hard to open. Mostly the room furniture needs repair.

Overall the property was ok albeit far from Asia Mall and St. Luke. The traffic used to get congested in the afternoon so expect longer time to arrive.
More vegetarian options for breakfast.
