Great location if you have a rental car, with easy access to the famous beaches around San Teodoro. The place was very clean.
Since it’s right on the main road, it can be quite noisy, and the pool could use a bit more maintenance. However, it was the end of the season, so this is understandable.

Ottima posizione, fuori dal centro di San Teodoro. Vicinissima a molte spiagge. Camera ampia, moderna e pulita. Parcheggio incluso molto comodo. Piccola piscina molto carina

Die Lage war sehr gut, insbesondere wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten und von der Unterkunft aus erreicht man schnell bekannte Strände sowie abends San Teodoro. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt in Ordnung.
Die Unterkunft ist eher klein. Besonders störend war jedoch die Zimmertür, da die Unterkunft an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt und dadurch deutlich Straßenlärm ins Zimmer gelangt. Da erholsamer Schlaf für einen Aufenthalt besonders wichtig ist, war dies ein wesentlicher Minuspunkt. Auch der Pool wirkte leider nicht besonders einladend.
