Clean spatious room just outside the busy part of the town, good parking.
Mutual fridge with the rest of the residents.
Super helpful and communicative staff too, Christina helped us with booking a boat excursion to fit our schedule.
We'd definitely come back here if we were to visit San Teodoro.
This place is a bit outside of town so you either need to ask for bikes from the host or prepare to go with car (and honestly, parking is absolutely terrible in some parts of San Teodoro, broken apps and parking automats).
Not much options for proper breakfast within walking distance besides the good-croissant-with-terrible-coffe combo present in most cafés in Sardinia.
The bathroom needs a fixup but Cristina told me it's already scheduled for 2027.

Very clean, host was very kind and welcoming. Close to city center and beach.
Liked everything. We wanted some tableware, which was later provided by the host.

The terrace was nice, the room was clean.
Very small tv, no glasees, no cutlery, very old dated room, cracks in the walls,and for 100 euro at night or even more you should invest little bit in renovation. I don’t recommend it , i m happy we stayed there only 4 nights. The pillows and bed strange, we wake up with neck pain every morning. Toilet old dated.Overall experience bad. But the cleaning lady was nice.
