Sehr netter Vermieter. Geräumig und nah zum Strand la Cinta. Auto kann vor der Tür geparkt werden.
Es gibt keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Ist eigentlich ein Apartement aber nur als eine Art Zimmer zu bewohnen. Für uns aber perfekt weil es zwei separate Zimmer/ Doppelbetten gab.

The room was fine for what we needed, which was simply a place to sleep and shower. It was mostly clean, and it served its purpose well for a basic, no-frills stay.
The room felt a bit average overall. We also noticed that the coffee cup provided in the room was dirty, which required a bit more attention to detail regarding cleanliness.

Ho apprezzato la posizione della camera e la gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host. Per qualsiasi necessità potevo scrivere direttamente all'host e la risposta era sempre molto rapida. In camera era a nostra disposizione (già incluso nel prezzo della camera) l'ombrellone da poter portare in spiaggia e questo è molto comodo, sopratutto per chi arriva in aereo. Posizione comoda alle principali spiagge di San Teodoro e anche al centro. Ci si sposta in auto, ma i viaggi sono comunque molto brevi. La struttura offre un posteggio auto riservato e tranquillo, vicino alla camera.
Consiglio di leggere bene la sezione riguardo ai servizi, in particolare per quanto riguarda "cucina". Nei servizi generali appare la voce "cucina" ma non è presente in tutte le camere! Quindi fare attenzione a quale stanza si prenota se si ha veramente bisogno della cucina. Nella mia stanza c'era solo un minifrigo, un bollitore con due tazzine da the, due per il caffè e due bicchieri. Una lettura più approfondita avrebbe sicuramente evitato questa sorpresa, per questo consiglio di verificare meglio quale opzione si prenota.
