As a group of six, we liked everything about Seapoint House. Our rooms had sea views and were spacious and immaculate.
The house has a large, comfy sitting room for guests to relax in, which was a bonus. The area was very quiet, located right beside Clew Bay. There was a nearby walk with a causeway to an adjoining island and higher ground with fabulous views over Clew Bay and of Clare Island. Breakfast was plentiful, with e.g. cereals, brown bread, fruit and juices, and included local smoked salmon and meats. The salmon melted in the mouth. We could make tea and coffee as we wished throughout our stay. A taxi service was readily available to go into Westport for dinner. The owner, Carol, provided a wonderful service, was welcoming and helpful, with very good advice, and also gave us the run of the house.

Lovely experience. The staff (owner) was warm and engaging; the breakfast was delicious; and the location was beautiful. The owner offered many suggestions for places to eat and drink...very helpful.
