Romantic and beautiful

The most beautiful stay in Ireland. The host is very friendly and morning breakfast is really good. I wish I could have stayed for longer. The property is at seaside and you can go hiking nearby. It is a 10min drive away from the town so you should definitely get a car.

The direction to get there can be a bit confusing.

Excellent stay

Our family enjoyed a peaceful stay at Seapoint. The property was beautifully green located next to the water, and the house was homey and comfortable, with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was quite enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, welcoming and friendly hosts, very clean and lots of choice for breakfast.

Great choice for breakfast, very clean indeed, Carol was very welcoming and the location was beautiful. I would highly recommend.

I would have liked to have tea making facilities and a tv in the room but as these were available in the house it wasn’t a major problem.

Gorgeous views, charming host/staff, comfortable surroundings and exceptional breakfasts

Extensive and high quality breakfast with great selection. Carol was happy to accommodate a variety of concerns including one person who was low gluten and two children. Amazing scones and irish soda bread fresh from the oven, gorgeous smoked salmon, local butcher sausages and fresh yoghurt were some of the things we enjoyed. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet (as is the location). Walk out the door and you're on a very quiet local road with gorgeous views of fields and bay.

It was perfect -- nothing to not like. You do need a car or taxi to get around as it's about 15 minutes drive from town.

Staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Gave us good advice on restaurants and what to do in the area. Breakfast was delicious. Will stay there again if I'm in the area.

Would recommend if you like a bit of peace and beauty.

Owner was super friendly and helpful. whilst it was a traditional Band B , the facilities were great and the bed really comfy. The remote location could be a disadvantage( you have to drive 7/8km for dinner or a pub) however the scenery and local walk was stunning!

Can only wholeheartedly recommend this B&B, it was a great experience and Carol is an awesome host

The breakfast was incredibly well crafted, with a wide selection of fruits, cereals and juices, along with a selection of dishes the host cooks on the spot. Carol was an very flexible and kind host, who made sure we felt at home. The views from the B&B are also stunning !

Perfect stay

We stayed for 2 nights in a room with a sea view. It has been most enjoyable stay, starting with a warm welcome from Carol, who greeted us with a friendly smile and a cup of tea. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable with beautiful views over the bay. Hot shower with a good water pressure was a bliss after days of outdoor activities. All spotless clean. Breakfast was generous and varied, coffee strong and hot. There were other visitors we shared friendly conversations with. We went for walks in the evenings, saw a spectacular sunset. The area is very quiet, hardly any traffic. It was a rare treat to get a good night sleep in a b&b without having to use earplugs.

An enchanting stay

The location is nice and peaceful with an enchanting view overlooking the bay. The room was comfortable. The house is tastefully decorated and relaxing. The owners were very welcoming and accomodating. The breakfast was good. I wish we could have stayed more time. Thank you.

Very enjoyable

Location was very peaceful. Room was good with comfortable beds. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Conner and Carol and family were very welcoming and Megan and Irina looked after us very well at breakfast.

Tea and coffee were available for use in the guest lounge but would have liked to have had those facilties in the bedroom.

A peaceful location and a great base for exploring the south of County Mayo

Large, comfortable house in superb location literally at the water's edge of Clew Bay. Great views over the water. Spacious room, excellent Irish breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome.

Very good

Excellent location overlooking Clew Bay. You can get the best sunset a few minutes walk away. Lovely breakfast. Would have liked more of the yummy homemade brown bread.

Warm and welcoming staff at this peaceful B&B.

The Irish breakfast was delicious. The location on the bay was nice. The owner and her daughter were really lovely warm and welcoming people.

The toilet seat in my bathroom was too small and the cover kept hitting my back every time I sat down on it.

We had a wonderful stay at Seapoint House ; the rooms are very nice and spacious. We had a lovely view on the sea. The surroundings are peaceful, ideal for a romantic stay. Breakfast was great too !
