ONE STAFF ENGLISH IS VERY DIFFICULTY TO UNDERSAND WHILE I TALK WITH HER AT THE FIRST TIME TO CHECK IN ; OTHERS IS NOT SO DIFFICULTY .AFTER TALKING WITH TAXI DRIVER , HE TELLS ME THAT HER ENGLISH WITH LOCAL LANGUAGE ,

Unfortunately, because of our flight departure time we were unable to stay for breakfast.
The fact that we were checking out and there wasn't a front desk operator. I believed that front desk should be a 24 hour service. We really wanted to show our appreciation in person.

nice location and restaurants nice
There is a hill that my wife who has osteoarthritis of both knees and she had extreme difficulty climbing to reach our rooms and my heart issues worsened as I had angina and a angiogram is being booked at this time for increased pain during my stay- they said because we booked with booking.com they couldn’t change our rooms ! This hotel does not cater for disabled persons nor do as there a working refrigerator in the room and when we asks for one they have us one that did not work and there was no freezer compartment to store my ice bags - my insulin was not effective as I had to use ice that melted fast !
