Excellent had a fabulous time

Perfect location. Host was very welcoming and incredibly helpful. The villa was spacious, clean with great facilities. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again

Lovely villa close to all amenities

The pool area was lovely and just what we needed Just a five minute walk away from restaurants and a local spar supermarket

The walk to the restaurant was down a large hill All good for myself, but something to bear in mind for the older generation

Perfect oasis for relaxing away from the buzz of the town

The outside space is fantastic, it gets sun for practically the whole day and there’s plenty of space for the sun loungers and dining table outside. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants but it’s in a very quiet and peaceful area which was nice. The hosts were really lovely and helpful. They gave great suggestions for local restaurants and booked a taxi back to the airport for us.

The bottom step of the pool steps was broken and the remaining one was very sloppy which made it quite difficult to get out of, it would have been impossible for small children.

Perfectly located and lovely villa, highly recommended!

Location was amazing, short walk to anything we needed, the pool and garden area was lovely, the villa itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The owner was on hand via WhatsApp for anything and was so helpful and nice to speak to. Our two week family holiday was perfect we will come back again!

The only thing I could possibly say is air con would have been the icing on the cake. Definitely worth investing in to make it 100% perfect!

Beautiful villa! Wish we could have stayed longer!

The pool area exceeded my expectations, it was beautiful! The villa was clean and had everything needed (including pool towels!). Very short walk to the supermarket (spar was a 3 min walk away) and main strip (about 10min walk). Staff/owners very helpful (over WhatsApp) with recommendations (e.g. taxi company).

In one bathroom the showerhead was not attached to the wall, so only one shower was properly usable. The sofa bed was not made up upon arrival, bedding had to be found and put on by ourselves. The welcome pack was also not in an obvious place. (all of these things were able to be overlooked due to the beautiful villa).

Fantastic communication and great location!

The location and the cleanliness. The communication was great with both Batirtze and Bianka.

The mattress was a little hard for me but I have a health condition. The rest of my family didn't mind the mattress.

Very pleasant for the money, well-equipped and a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

This villa is located near to the centre of Costa Teguise, with the beach within a ten minute walk. Also, there is a nearby Spar to get food and other supplies within a five minute walk, as well as the Aquarium being close by. The kitchen was well stocked with different appliances, however it did lack some cooking utensils, but we could manage with alternative ones that were there. The pool and the area outside was very pleasant, with each sun lounger having a side table and we were even given a pool inflatable which were very grateful for! There was also a smart TV so we could watch Netflix and other streaming services.

The Wifi is not very consistent around the property, and only really works outside by the pool for short amounts of time, but works on the TV. It doesn't have air-conditioning, which is fine when the doors and windows are open as there is always a strong cold breeze, however the villa can get really hot when you leave and close them.

Really nice villa. I absolutely recommend it. It's a great location, and you got everything nearby

I didn't like the late check-in as it's 16:00 pm Also, we have been allowed to drop our luggage before check-in time, but it was a huge problem for cleaner to allow us to get changed as it was roasting hot apart of that great stay!

Would definitely book again

The property was spacious, well presented and only a very short walk to local restaurants & shops. About 10-15 min walk to the beach too.

Property was excellent so no gripes from us.

great location, great space, little dated,

the location, size of the terrace area and the space in the villa.

we didn’t use the pool too much as it was cold but would suggest a cover as it does get a lot of leaves / sand etc that require guest to clean / brush

Family stay in the beautiful Villa Reina

We had a lovely stay in Villas Reina. Its so close to all the bars and shops. 10 min walk away and very easy to get to. There is one hill to climb on the way back but its zigzagged so easy to climb. The apartment itself had everything you need. It's spotlessly clean too. The Manager and Owner were so lovely and very helpful and welcoming. Loved the little welcome touches on arrival. Thank you. I would definitely stay here again.

No air-conditioning. That is the only negative I have. There is an electric fan but only one for the villa, not one per bedroom. You do get just to the heat after a night or 2. But if air-conditioning was installed it would be perfect.

A lovely, clean villa in an excellent location with a private pool. We would highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in our villa. It is in an excellent location, easy walking distance to the beaches and restaurants but far enough out to be peaceful. Bianka and Batirtze were very helpful and extremely responsive. We had a couple of things that needed attention which were sorted in the earliest possible time including replacing the washing machine the same day with a new one after the original had developed a fault. We had everything we needed in the villa, which was very clean and the pool was extremely private and not overlooked at all. We hired a car and had easy parking outside the villa and it is only a 15 minute drive and easy to find from the airport. It would be quite easy to stay at the villa without a car though as Costa Teguise has plenty of restaurants and reasonable shops plus it is a very nice resort and everyone we met was very friendly.

Depending on which way the wind was blowing (it was windy when we were there) we did occasionally hear the public address system at the hotel Beatriz during events, which was quite some way away, I dread to think how loud it must be staying there! Otherwise it is a very quiet neighbourhood.

perfect stay will definitely stay here next time we visit lanzarote

the property was amazing, so spacious, clean and had everything you need. Bianka was amazing I asked her to get some flowers and Prosecco for us on our arrival and they were stunning. the pool guy came and he spent a few hours cleaning the pool and around the outside of the villa. location was perfect for getting around 10mins walk max to the centre with smaller bars within a 5 minute walk

Very clean and friendly. Although we could not see the host of the villa, communication by phone was very easy. Batir was very responsive and answered all our questions. Great experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in this villa. you will not be disappointed.

Clean, good value for money and would stay again

Host was lovely and very accommodating. Upon arrival it was very clean and you could not fault the facilities.

It was quite difficult to collect the keys but other than this a great experience

Very good

Liked where the villa was located not to far from the restaurants and shops. The villa itself was adequate for our needs. We were a family of 4 adults, 1 teenager and 3 children under 5. The children enjoyed the pool. The pool was cleaned a couple of times while we were there. Our bed linen and towels were refreshed after our first week (we striped the beds and left them outside for collection and they were dropped back later that day for us to redress) There is a washing machine so we washed the towels and our clothes daily , which was great, and they dried in no time🙂 Batirtze was helpful and texted me a couple of times to ask if we needed anything.

Some of the pillows were not great. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable for my teenage son. The WiFi is not great once it reaches 5 o'clock. ( The TV channels kept going off)
