Spacious villa in quiet location.

The beds were very comfortable. Response to questions were promptly answered. a different coffee machine was provided when I commented on the one already there.

Kitchen utensils and crockery/glasses were limited not what I would call a well equipped kitchen. Chairs in lounge area were not very comfortable. There were no English tv channels or ability to watch Netflix.

Lovely week, but very hot at night for sleeping because of air con. Car needed really as fair walk to nearest shops etc

Beautiful spacious villa. Good facilities. Very clean. Lovely sea view from master bedroom

We didn’t have the option to have pool heated. No a/c downstairs. A/c in bedrooms didn’t work properly. No grill on bbq

Lovely relaxing place for 6 adults

Modern,spacious villa.Comfortable beds.Pool area good.Quiet location.

Sleeps 6 only 5 sun beds and outdoor chairs.BBQ on site but no grill/shelf or utensils.Location further than description to Costa Teguise centre (although lovely coastal walk)Couldn’t get jacuzzi to work.

The accommodation was well located, spacious, modern, well equipped, comfortable and we felt at home

It was a surprise when we opened the door we saw bananas, crisps and mineral water (as a welcome gift on the dinner table) which we really appreciated. Also, they provided us with enough detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. Bathrooms were equipped with enough paper and soap for your hands. In the kitchen there was some salt and pepper which was very practical for our cooking.

Hot water wasn't as hot as we liked. There were 3 bathrooms but only one with bath had medium hot water in the shower so we could only use this bathroom to shower. The sound of T.V. wasn't very good. Also, it would have been nice to be able to watch news channels in English such as BBC or Sky.

Pleasant

I have to say that we absolutely loved the beds and the layout of the house. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, while the layout of the house was spacious and well-designed. The villa is also located near some good restaurants, which was great for dining out. However, I would advise renting a car to explore the area further, as there are some hidden gems that are worth checking out.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected my stay. Firstly, the kitchen constantly had a strong smell of wet dog, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the shower drains were clogged with long hair, which was surprising as none of us had long hair. The villa had a pool which I'm sure would be very refreshing during Lanzarote's hottest months. However, we stayed in February and the pool was VERY cold, so you may need some serious confidence to get in. The showers in the house only came up to a lukewarm temperature, so if you're looking for a steamy bath, you might be disappointed. We tried using the kettle to bring up the temperature slightly but gave up after a while. Despite these issues, I believe that the villa has the potential to be a great place to stay, especially during the hotter months. The location is nice and the villa itself is spacious. However, the issues with the kitchen smell and the shower drains should definitely be addressed.

It encouraged us to do a lot of walking at the same time as being very relaxing.

The villa was just lovely.

The tv didn’t have an English speaking channel.

Enjoyable vacation.

Good quiet location.

Pool cleanliness was poor. Scum line not removed by pool cleaner. Lack of crockery and glassware. Furniture tired. Outside property needs cosmetic attention. Lack of sunbeds. Suitable for our four people but insufficient equipment for full accomodation.

Nice villa but needs TLC

Very quiet with a nice sea view especially from the upstairs balcony. Lovely outside area with bbq and pool. Villa is spacious and well presented.

The property could do with some maintenance. A lot of things don’t work as they should. Air con in only one room works. More cooking utensils needed. Sleeps six but there are only 4 very tired loungers and only 2 thin mats to put on them. Some door handles very wobbly.

Nice stay in relaxing area

Villa was central and had good furniture. Pool was excellent and cleaned regularly We got change of linen and towels due to length of stay

Car parking was on street even though there was a garage Cooking utensils not enough to cook for 4-6 people. Only small pan to fry and other pots and pans We did experience silverfish in multiple rooms

Overall we had a lovely stay in the villa, however we were rather disappointed with the outside area.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location.

Hot water was limited. There were no blinds on the windows of both the main and en-suite bathrooms which wasn’t ideal as the property and pool area was overlooked by a block of residential apartments. There was no pool cover or net to clean pool however it was cleaned twice during our stay. Outdoor area outwith the pool could’ve been nicer as it was covered in weeds.

Clean and comfortable. Lovely views. Very quiet area.

Villa sleeps 6 but is probably better for 4 if all adults. Lounge chairs only seat 4. Two double bedrooms open on to the balcony but one does not have shutters or adequate curtains, meaning that anyone on the balcony can see in. There were only 3 sunbeds.

February stay

Location was good, nice and quiet on the seafront, 15 minute pleasant walk to beach. Master bed very comfortable, slept better than at home! It was nice to have lots of seating areas both indoor and out for dining and relaxing. A hire car is recommended for getting around.

Occasional intermittent strong smell of sewage in garden and master bedroom. Some people have mentioned cold showers, the master bedroom took a long time to get hot but once it did it was great. Pool was Baltic.. it was much colder than the sea. It didn't get the sun until 11.30 and was in the shade by 3 so it doesn't get chance to heat up. Although it is February so this may differ in the summer.

The position od The property is comfortable. It is situated at The end od The beautiful coastal promenade that goes to The other end of costa Tequise.

The kitchen is quite small and uderequipped.

really lovely - would certainly go back!

it had everything we needed, a clean well set out house. It was at the end of the Promenade, so a 10 mins walk to the supermarket, a longer walk to the town but we hired bikes for the week - which was a great way to get around.

We enjoyed a lot our stay by Jose. Very nice house, very convenient and fully preserved from wind. Jose has been very nice and has resend his wallet to our sohn who forgot it in the house.
