The hotel is well presented and rooms good size. Really enjoyed the included breakfast. Hotel price is very good. The staff are friendly and has good on-site parking. The location is a bit rural ... and about <100m walk to beach which is unpopulated. Good swimming pool. Due to location well suited if you have car or motorcycle for transport. Deserves a much better overall rating.

The hot water in the morning is not hot. Apparently for energy saving .. you need to ask front desk to switch on for morning use. Otherwise very hot.

it is so far from main road. no transportation available. you need a car or need to pay for taxi. there is no restaurant or cafe around hotel. owners insisted of paying 3 euros state tax although we paid it via booking.com. breakfast was not even avarage quality. there is no pool available. do not be fooled with the pictures. do not think twice but ten times if you want to stay there! pay 5 euros more and stay somewhere else but not this hotel!

The Reason of staying in this hotel was extending our holiday for two days. We were another part of Samos and then we would like to stay in Pthytegorion for two days. The stuff was friendly and the breakfast was ok for this price. We came to hotel just for sleeping.

Despite of friendly stuff, the hotel was in need of renovation. The pool was not filled, the room was not very clean, toilet cover was broken, there was no hot water and too many mosquitos. We came back the hotel very late and i could not tell the stuff the problems. maybe they had a solution at least for mosquitos. The location was a little bit far from city center, it took with taxi 10-15 euros. when you already booked this hotel you should also rent a car. And there is no beach only by foot. I`m sorry but i don`t recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful, gave me a ride to the next town over and much more

It was cheap, the bed was decent, and it was quiet. There was a dog on property. Other than that, nothing else. This place is falling apart, do not stay here.

The one (1) thing I *asked ahead* to request was WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. Because it's >30 degrees in July and I needed AC. The desk girl showed me to my room, I asked about the AC...it wasn't working. She moved me to another room that did have air conditioning. In that one the toilet didn't flush. Here at Oceanida Bay you can pick to have either a functional toilet or air conditioning! I had work to do, so I opened my laptop and tried to connect to the wifi, which did not work. No wifi or working toilets makes for an unpleasant stay.

Breakfast could be a little bit more better, cause I dont eat white bread and ham.
