En çok manzarası,denize yakınlığı ve ev sahiplerinin güler yüzü ve yardımseverliğini sevdim.Cennetten bir köşe...Eğer lüks şatafat,sınırsız konfor aramıyorsanız,,tatilin,denizin, manzaranın tadını çikarmak,biraz kafa dinlemek,enerji toplamak ve kalabalıklardan uzaklasmak istiyorsanız aradığınız yer tam da burası. Bu mükemmel tatil icin Anastasios ve değerli annesi icin sonsuz teşekkürler. Her ihtiyaç duydugumuzda bizim icin oradaydilar.

Location, location, location! That was the deciding factor in choosing Ocea, and it didn’t disappoint. Situated just outside Karlovasi (around a 10-minute drive), it’s tucked away from the busier tourist areas, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.
The sea is only a short 5-minute walk away, so it’s easy to enjoy the l coastline whenever you like. If possible, I’d recommend requesting a room with access to the sun terrace, as it made breakfast each morning feel that little bit more special.
The air conditioning was excellent, especially during the warmer days, and the mosquito net was a thoughtful addition that made for comfortable nights.
Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for a quiet base in a beautiful part of Samos.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The mattresses on the single beds were firmer than we would have liked, so if you’re used to a softer mattress, they may not be the most comfortable.
Unfortunately, we found a cockroach in our room one evening. To the owners’ credit, they responded promptly and arranged for the apartment to be sprayed the following day. However, this meant we were unable to use the apartment for around three hours while the treatment took effect.
The bathroom could also benefit from a shower curtain or screen, as water regularly spread across the floor after each shower.
It’s also worth noting that you’ll almost certainly need a car/scooter if you stay here. The property is in a secluded location, which is part of its charm, but having your own transport is essential for getting to restaurants, shops, and exploring the island.
While the owners were polite and responsive in their communication through Booking.com, we found the housekeeper to be helpful when needed but not particularly warm or welcoming, which slightly affected the overall experience.
