Our second stay this summer (July and September 2016), this time for six nights, and my previous comments are still valid; here they are: "A very comfortable 3 night stay. The room was bright in the evening sun, with a pleasant view over quiet residential villas. The area feels safe, tidy and upmarket. Staff were all wonderful and helpful in facilitating extra night stays
The super‑king bed and strong shower made the room feel high‑quality and well maintained. Location is peaceful but convenient — about 15 minutes to the main centre, a short walk to the marina with outdoor dining, and around 10 minutes to a beautiful, expansive beach. Overall, a calm and comfortable base within easy walking distance of key attractions."
Maintenance work was still underway on the roof top pool, and so was out of service. But it looks to be nearly complete and will bring a wonderful additional amenity to this hotel.

My superior room on the second floor was spacious and excellent: a large & comfy bed, modern bathroom, separate toilet, and a balcony with a sea view over the rooftops.
I had to extend my stay by four nights for personal reasons, and it turned out to be a great decision.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee and water "machines" and pitchers were available for free in the lobby, often along with croissants and the like.
The hotel location is good and quiet, with everything within walking distance. Street parking works well. Compared to the standard of the three-star hotels on my road trip so far, this one is significantly better.
There are wonderful sandy beaches and numerous restaurants close to the hotel and a bit further away in the town center. I would happily return here if dogs were allowed on the nearby beaches.
The only downside was the housekeeping. For the first three days, I wanted to be eco-friendly and told the head housekeeper that the room didn't need cleaning. From the fourth day onwards, I asked the new cleaning trainees to clean the room. Despite my requests—and those made by the reception staff—the cleaners failed to empty the litter basket, replace used glassware, or vacuum the very dusty area under the bed and the sandy balcony.

Our room was lovely but upon arrival we realised how ridiculously small it was for x2 people, plus our luggage. Our suitcases stayed on the ground in the hallway (which was ok but felt v cramped, and awkward if we needed to get up in the night!). Lovely big bathroom (perhaps some of that space could have been given to the bedroom when being designed?). We were lucky to have a small fridge in our room, and the free cold water and sparkling water available downstairs for guests was hugely appreciated. The small terrace was nice for breakfast. Blackout blinds were great.
The size of the room, altho we saw this when we booked, we didn’t realise quite how small it would be! The pool was either brand new and not yet ready or was just out of use which was a shame (including the big fence panels around it which obstructed any view to the sea). The electric car charger did not work, and hadn’t done for some time we were told, which was annoying as was another reason we’d booked this hotel only to find out when we arrived and was non refundable. It was more of a walk to the centre than we’d anticipated but that’s upon reflection now we know the lay of the land!
