The location in terms of accessibilità to everything.
The location. We worried as soon as we walked into the room and saw earplugs on the bed. The hotel (and our room particularly,) is adjacent to the small place where there was music each night. We had come to Arcachon to escape the big music festival near our Bordeaux apartment and ironicall ended up at this hotel with groups playing amplified music outside our window!
In additional, although the description on Booking.com said the room included bathrobes as well as slippers, there are no bathrobes.

Very friendly staff and it’s in a perfect location, right next to the jetty for the ferry to Cap Ferret and the perfect seafood lunch at the other side, plus right by the main shopping streets and the market.
There is a stage by the jetty and sometimes there are shows. Last time we watched , this time there was none, but the hotel provides earplugs automatically fir anyone going to bed early. If you think that would be a problem for you, book a room at the other side of the hotel or overlooking the sea. Parking is available on a first come first served basis. Good breakfast

Chic building with character and freshly refurbished rooms, modern design and super friendly staff. Location can’t be more perfect! It felt it deserves more than 3 stars
Slightly weak WiFi
As mentioned there was no fridge in the room but we asked to store cool off couple of bottles of cremant ;)
