Great location and parking.Helpful staff and clean room with a great view. A bit tired and faded but part of its charm
Not the best bed. Very hard mattress and pillows. Small bath towels. Easy things to fix when you are paying 5* prices

This is a hotel that is brilliantly located with the beach and amazing boardwalk outside the back door
Parking also available
Staff are nice , housekeeping staff attended room daily. Rooms are basic but very comfortable and nice bathroom
The general outside appearance is very unkept and disheveled. The canopy over the entrance looks like it is in urgent need of replacement
If you get a room that says garden view - there is no garden

Location on the beach was fabulous. Very clean. Nice balcony. Lovely staff
Decor a little dated. Had to pay extra for full buffet breakfast. Paper cups for tea and coffee in the room

Great views of beach and bay
Orientation results in no sun on seaward balconies or on the pool.
Quite a long walk to restaurants.
Price of breakfast and that it wasn’t clear that breakfast was not included.
