The owner was very welcoming and explained the tv was not working and offered us complimentary breakfast due to the issue. Our room was very comfortable and had all that we needed including tea and coffee facilities. The room and the rest of the property was very clean. Breakfast was self service but again there was plenty to choose from. Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast, jams, cheese and ham. The property was in a good location, ferry port close by and town 5 mins walk away. We would stay there again if in Oban.
