The room was lovely and warm with a view out over the bay. The bed was soft and cozy. The view over the sea was nice.

Quality fittings. Tasteful, contemporary decoration.
The small size of the room.

The room was comfortable, well-designed, cosy and immaculately clean. There were lovely toiletries, plenty of tea and coffee along with complimentary water and biscuits. Plenty of sockets for chargers. Very convenient for town centre and shops/bars/restaurants.
It is quite a small room (Staffa) but was travelling alone so absolutely fine. Might be tight for a couple.

Room was clean and tidy.
Room was very small, no wardrobe and not alot of floor space. No curtains on the window, only a blind which did not keep the light out. Location is too close to ferry terminal and you can hear the generators all night, so you cant open window for fresh air. Also there is a loose manhole cover right outside which evry car hits so not great for a good nights sleep. Think its a bit over priced as no breakfast included so would not stay here again.
