We had the family suite. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The space was comfortable. There was a door between the living space with the sofabed and the bedroom. There was even a view of the water through the bedroom window. The host's communication was clear and proactive. It is close to both the railway station and ferry terminal.
We had to find street parking in nearby streets, but that had been communicated beforehand.

Room was clean and tidy.
Room was very small, no wardrobe and not alot of floor space. No curtains on the window, only a blind which did not keep the light out. Location is too close to ferry terminal and you can hear the generators all night, so you cant open window for fresh air. Also there is a loose manhole cover right outside which evry car hits so not great for a good nights sleep. Think its a bit over priced as no breakfast included so would not stay here again.
