Vado spesso a Roma, assicuro che la casa è dotata di moltissime comodità, posto auto eccezionale, supermercato a 10 mt, ottima posizione vicino ad arterie principali per raggiungere il raccordo o centro città, Riccardo persona gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerei volentieri.
Secondo me l'unica cosa che manca sono le zanzariere, per il resto tutto ok.

L'appartamento era pulito e ordinato. Si trova vicino ai mezzi pubblici, pratico per spostarsi verso il centro in 15/20 minuti. La cucina è attrezzata, la camera da letto spaziosa. Il bagno molto ampio. Dispone di un cortile dove ci sono tavolo e sedie all'aperto. E' pratico scaricare le valigie direttamente davanti all'appartamento, non abbiamo faticato a trovare parcheggio.
Solo dopo la prenotazione ho letto che il checkin era consentito dopo le 16:00 e non era possibile anticiparlo. L'appartamento è stato messo a disposizione per via delle pulizie - iniziate solo alle 15:30 - alle 16:30, decisamente troppo tardi.
Lo split dell'aria condizionata è posto nella zona giorno dove c'è il divano letto, posto che quel giorno Roma era caldissima, la zona notte e la zona giorno (dove dormivano i ragazzi) avevano due temperature molto diverse.

Great apartments if you have a car and you want to store it. A supermarket is literally next door. And in general the location is good, you can easily get to the metro or a bus.
I also liked the back yard it’s cosy for having dinners.
Good air conditioning (!), good staffed kitchen, we didn’t need to buy anything for cooking and a washing machine was very useful
The host is very responsive, although we had some kind of miscommunication about the check-in but everything is good in the end
The cleaning could be better (floors in particular, one towel that we have later washed in the washing machine (the rest was good)) but in general was good

Klimatyzacja i czystość.
Brak deklarowanego śniadania. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji tylko kawę,herbate oraz 1 butelkę wody z 6 ciasteczkami na cały 3 dniowy pobyt.
