Lovely traditional guest house. Welcoming hall way. Check in was easy. Lovely room. Bathroom was newly refurbished.
Continental breakfast option with plenty of choice.
Parking was a bit of a squeeze after parking and then going out on return no parking available so we had to park on the street

Very easy to access location with ample parking. There is a continental breakfast which is nice as well. Check in was self-check in which worked well for arriving later in the evening. Overall nice place to stay in the North of Scotland.
The shower was pretty small and dismal but that is to be expected in a smaller place. It is right off the main road so getting in and out of parking can be tricky.

nice looking property big room
was supposed to be in room 2 on ground floor but shower door broke so was put in room 4 which to be honest had a better view, room was big but only one radiator so room was cold, turned radiator up to full and heated towel rail in bathroom woke up around 6 to a freezing cold room and bathroom as heating was off during the night both radiators were cold must have been on a timer but not good for guests when it was snowing and freezing outside so cold that the front drive was covered in ice and snow so had to park on road so they knew the weather was bad should have had the heating on during the night and only got a continental breakfast in a cold room
