Maria’s guesthouse was “a home from home” for us! The location just outside the old city of Dubrovnik was amazing & Maria is a wonderful host :-)

The location for walking into the old city was perfect - less than 10min to get to the walls.
Maria was such a lovely welcoming host and we felt really well looked after.
The triple room for myself and two teenagers was perfect and fitted us all in comfortably.
We liked everything!

Maria is the best! She is super kind, professional, and very accommodating! Very cool location and a very comfortable room! Great A/C too!
This isn’t a critique to the property at all, but a warning to travelers about Dubrovnik in general. I wouldn’t recommend visiting here if you have trouble with stairs. This isn’t a very accessible city if you have mobility issues.

Excellent oasis in the middle of the city. Maria was an excellent host. We walked everywhere with kids (youngest was 9). We are glad we chose this location close to Old Town since we couldn’t have been much further and still walked the way we did.
