Loved having a reception and responsive support. Our fan died the first night it was replaced promptly the next morning.
Being on the third floor, it was a little hard to get to for my daughter that has mobility issues.

Nice reception, nice rooms, bigger than I first believed. The beds are very comfortable and for the price payed it’s a very good accommodation. Bathroom is a little bit small but it’s still fine. Noise can at times be noticeable from outside the accommodation. The stairs were also not that big of an issue as I have experienced at other places.
Slightly noisy at times, but not a major drawback. Having an elevator would be nice but the stairs aren’t very steep at all. All in all these are minor issues that aren’t problematic but worth mentioning.

Location outstanding. Staff helpful. Room clean enough, large and spacious. If for self-catering its got everything, we weren't tho. Good value for money on the whole.
Stairways and room are dated .Not somewhere Id take a partner, more a stag/hen type of place. Its large, spacious and clean,, which is typical of eastern European apartments on the whole. The block is shared with residents.
