Location of the apartment was excellent (near old town center and kazimierz), so you can go anywhere by feet. Apartment was new and spacious, great for a three persons family. Receptions' personnel was easy to communicate, helpful and polite.
Breakfast wasn't satisfying (delivery from catering). Better to book without breakfast, afterall there are nearby plenty of great places to have breakfast and coffee in reasonable prices. Also we were supposed to have room cleaning in the 2nd and 4th day of staying, but in the 2nd day the only thing that was done was towels' changing . If the deal was only one cleaning during the stay it should have been done in the 2nd day and not one day before leaving.
