We arrived in the early hours and the reception staff was happy and helpful. We were booked onto an early Auschwitz tour the following morning so didn’t get chance to try the highly rated breakfast but otherwise everything was great

Hotel itself is in walking distance , about 10-15 minutes to the old town.
Clean with good breakfast.we had a room with balcony and was nice, big and spacious. Thumbs up.the

Welcoming staff upon check-in. Highlight was rotating breakfast which offered enough to help get the morning started to explore city. Food presentation seemed to be well thought out with a lot of care. Room size adequate for 3 with a well functioning air conditioner.

The rooms were of a decent size and were clean. There was, however, no fridge in the room which would have been nice to keep our water cool.
The brunch was good and had a nice variety of food.
The staff were friendly and let us store our suitcases on the last day after check out.
Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend the hotel to others, as we got a lot of value for our money.
