There was plenty of space with a nice apartment. Air-conditioning was essential. The location was perfect. It was just easy to get the keys and to do everything involved in this apartment. When I come back to Rome, I will stay there again.
A view would’ve been nice.

The property is very near to everything (Tourist attractions, restaurants & small groceries good for tourist who are staying in an apartment that allowed you to cook)
The room is clean, complete amenities, towels, body soap, laundry soap are provided and also with a strong aircondition (very important specially when traveling at the month of july/ Summer)
The staff is nice, very accomodating and can speak english well.
What i didn’t like is just the elevator, its very narrow. Can fit only 4 person. But with a lot of luggage/bags/stroller, its like good for 1 person only.

Location, size, amenities
Floor had a raised platform by the second washroom that was a tripping hazard. Even though it had lights to remind you that it was there you could only see the lights from one direction especially since the floor was all the same color. A small railing with an opening would probably work better as we put chairs next to the hidden step to remind us it was there. If the raised portion was a different color that would have helped also.

This property was close the train station, several restaurants and within a decent walking distance to most Rome attractions. It was clean, air conditioned and had enough room for my family.
