We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit for 8 nights. Our friend booked a 1 bedroom. Both units were very nice, clean, and spacious. We got lucky and were able to check in early. The staff were all friendly.
There’s a fridge, oven, microwave, pans, washer. There’s a grocery store right around the corner and tons of delicious restaurants all around us. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 14 minute walk to the Colosseum, and 20 minute walk to the Pantheon.

We stayed at My Extra Home Monti in Rome during a very hot July. Location and check-in information provided ahead of arrival was really clear. On arrival, we were greeted very warmly and shown to the room, where we were shown the apartment and the facilities.
The apartment (M16) was fantastic and the lift was a god send as well as having lots of character. The terrace was a massive surprise as we hadn't seen photos, and it was very spacious with a sun canopy and views over the neighbourhood. The apartment itself was spacious with plenty of storage, and having two bathrooms was ideal.
Having both a dishwasher and washing machine was perfect, as we were staying elsewhere before and after Rome. The building itself was beautiful.
The location in the Monti area was perfect, with all sightseeing within a short distance, with the exception of the Vatican, where we chose to take a taxi. We ate in several restaurants nearby (less than a few minute walk, ideal after a busy day) and were all excellent quality. We didn't need any assistance from the staff while there, but they were always on hand if needed.
