Fairly clean and new-ish

It says parking available when it’s not, the empty car park in the picture is always full and shared with a lot of other places, impossible to park. The ventilation system is not great as when someone cooks, you can smell it inside fairly strong. I hate the smell of cooked food lingering on my clothes.

Worth the money.

Location, view, quiet place, easy access to supermarket, restaurants.

The cleaning lady didn't clean very good the room, not dusted or vacuumed. No air co in the bedroom. No good internet.

Swimming pool.

The internet wifi availability was a joke. We had 4 tickets with users and passwords but only one was functioning for few hours daily (not the same everytime. Had to check all of them). So if you have children with gadgets, need to check things on work, be sure you have roaming or your own internet. The elevator was functioning only with a badge (1 per room with the room key). If you had to go before/after the others from family, you had to take the stairs. Cleaning was done just to change towels, linen, garbage, but not cleaning floors and there is no possibility to do it yourself. (existing only broom, no mop). The air conditioning is only in one room (We had 1 bedroom, one living). Hot water in a boiler with a certain capacity în each room. For 4 people was quite enough for a very short shower. After this you had to wait the water to warm again.

Not bad but not fantastic

- is really close to the beach - the cubanita beach is really great and no crowdad at all - close to the city center - close to supermarkets - free parking

we had a lot of disappointments: 1- the room was not the same as the one we booked ( 2 bedroom apt) - we received an old furnished one and totally different, at a lower floor without the same view as the booked one 2 - the room was poorly cleaned ( they did some cleaning 2 times at our request) 3. at the pool everyday the beds were "booked" early in the morning - the guests left their towels etc on the sunbeds to be sure that they will have a bed - i think they have maximum on 12 sun beds 4. as we booked an apartment 2 bedrooms - 5 aduls and 1 kid - we had only 4 talbe chairs and even if the apt has 3 balconies - we had chairs and a table only in one balcony - this was an issue resolved by the manager 5. the wi fi is not working - at the front desk they told us they dont know the password.

Pool has a separate entrance, no pool towels provided, no toilet in pool area so you have to go to your apartment
