Kitchen managment and waiters were great. I got birthday cake and bottle of sparkling wine after infotming thr manager it was my birthday. Room was a good size and clean.
Toilet seat was cracked and toilet flush was leaking. Seat has been replaced the next day but due to little miscomunnication the toilet flush was not fixed in timely manner. Finally we were given diffrent room so we enjoyed rest of the stay.

Прекрасно обслужване , храната наистина беше на ниво и нямаше нито едно нещо което да не беше добре приготвено. Непрекъснато виждахме мениджъра да снове и допълва храната , както и да контролира персонала.
Може да се по-добри бирата наливната на болярка и алкохола . Аниматорките много мили и вежливи . Разстояние от плажа 30 секунди :) управата добре се грижи и поддържа хотела . Стаите са огромни . Въпреки , че бях скептичен за мокета се оказа добре почистен и беше много приятно .
Интернета прекъсваше и не става за постоянна работа и видео връзка . При напускане изискаха от нас да платим , след като показахме плащането се съгласиха че сме платили и не са го отразили в системата .

The location of this hotel is amazing! This is the only 5 star for this venue.
The food was bad and not enough variety. Very little options, very poorly cooked. We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days and the food was as bad every day.
We had grilled chicken that was raw. They server chicken that was supposed to be oven cooked but instead it was boiled with a very unpleasant pale color. Topside of beef every day, out of 3 days one time it wasn't dry. Limited choices for fruit and dessert as well. Every day we had peaches, and plumps.
The room, despite being big and the bed being 5 square meters you could see everything is dated. A lot of scuffs and scratches, stained carpet and stained bedsheets.
The bathroom, extremely low levels of light for a bathroom and the shower cabin that was licking into the bathroom.

Nice view, clean and large room and bathroom, exceptional cleaning staff
The swimming pools had very cold water, the water in the exterior pool was not clean and the food was of poor quality (too greasy, monotonous)
