Sehr schöne Gartenanlage. Super freundliches Personal. Der Pool war sauber und erfrischend. Eä

Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Betten. Diese waren wirklich steinhart und sehr unbequem zum schlafen

Das Personal war sehr lieb. Großer Kühlschrank im Zimmer (das Geräusch könnte manche stören)

Great room and location

Really kind couple run the place. It’s got quite an Airbnb feel where they let you get on with it but are super attentive to any requests you have. They were also very chilled around the Full Moon Party drinking/having friends over and arranged taxis we could buy into if we wanted. Room was far more spacious than the pictures suggested and was great for the price at that time of the month. Location is perfect (easy access to north, pier and Full Moon) with great restaurants minutes walk away (especially Mama’s Thai Food).

Our room did get a little dirty after a few days but once I asked for a brush the staff offered to clean it for us. I think this is part and parcel of the style of hotel, and was perfect for us.

Lovely stay and lovely staff

Very very lovely staff and was very helpful with any of my needs. The pool is pretty quiet which is lovely! Would definitely go back. They also have these adorable talking birds

The beds were a bit hard but I'm an easy sleeper so i didn't mind so much

Great location, very friendly staff, super value for money

The location was perfect, in the center of ban tai and everything on walking distance. But also just far enough from the main road not to have noise from that. The room was super clean and and also the staff was super friendly, so i really enjoyed staying there. Will definitely book again when i come back to pha ngan :)

Staff were so lovely and the pool was nice.

Beds were very hard and Uncomfy, facilities were not worth the amount of money we paid but that is due to it being full moon.

I guess It is normal there, but wild for not locals

The owner is ok. She is a kind person and the room was clean.

It's hard to find it on google maps cause it's not there. The description was hard to understand, they need better one: 1 I thought it was for 1 person but it was for 4, so I spent more and stayed in 4 bed room. 2 No pool there, but the picture shows the pool. She recommended me to rent a scooter from her friend and he took my passport and didn't give me instructions and any insurance. I broke my leg few days later and asked if my friends could stay instead of me but shed kicked them out. I tried to call her after and they didn't answer by phone, only by message.

Superb

The rooms were big and comfortable, the location is quiet, but with a walking distance to a night market and some other places. It was lovely swimming in a pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There were two birds locked in a cage. That was sad to see. The only downside of this place. Other than that, everything was great.

nice swimming pool, nice welcome Kit!

the mattress is too hard. there was no sheets; the blanket was the same fabric as the towels. there was loud noise of birds since 4am since I was not sleeping well, I asked to cancel the last night and there was no way, then I asked to change room and she said I had to pay more cause it was a bigger room. the value was not good.

Nice and friendly people, excellent swimming pool and great area.

it was neat and clean. The woman who runs Subsavet was very nice and always informative and very helpful. The location is excellent being extremely close to the night market and main roads but just outside these extremely busy areas for a calmer stay. Nice swimming pool and air conditioned room.

I struggled to figure out how the shower worked and ended up showering in cold water most of the time. This is not the fault of Subsavet.

It was quite near the center, by bike, 6 mins. The pool was cool.

There was 2 times that i saw some bug or roach once at the shower, once near the bed.

- quiet place but close to all necessary amenities - the room is clean and comfortable with en-suite bathroom - you can use the outdoors pool which is nice - very friendly owner

- the location is so so, didn’t find Baan Tai to be a particularly interesting location in phanghan

Great stay!

So friendly & welcoming. I had a early check out & the lady got up early & waited for my transfer with me which i thought was really kind & thoughtful. Room was more then i could ask for even had a little private patio. Would definitely stay again & recommend to friends.

Great location for shops, restaurants and a beach as well as a stunning pool immediately outside your room. Washing can be done for you on site, Mel even helped us sort out our visa extensions. LEGEND. Would stay again.
