50 years of staying at places, this has to be the absolute best ever. Simply outstanding with every thought given to every need. Nothing compares. So 11 out of 10!!
Perhaps a little noisy on a busy road, but soon forgotten with all the good things happening!

The cottage was very spacious and beautifully decorated. There was everything available that you could need. The beds were big and very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was amazing. The location was very peaceful, but close enough for day trips to surrounding areas of interest.

Peter was a lovely host, the cottage was comfortable & cosy & very well provided with everything you could need for a great stay (choccies & liquorice all sorts in the frig, milk, cream, OJ - full kitchen & utensils AND a choice of cooked breakfast items - all in a lovely rural/garden setting. Would be a great base from which to explore the greater Warkworth region.
Thank you for a lovely stay at a fair price!

Peter is a great host this is our 3rd stay here as we come to visit family and usually stay at least 5 days at a time.
They always have the place in immaculate condition every day the breakfasts are incredibly yummy.
They have all the facilities you need washing machine dryer ovens microwave lots of different types of tea and coffee.
Internet an television are very good more than one television in each place if you want to watch something different to your partner.
They have great garden views which are relaxing nice place for reading.
Plenty of parking space.
For us it is like a home away from home.
Nothing really to complain about.
