Please install doubles on the only socket in the kitchen. It is impossible to heat the kettle and use the microwave or toaster at the same time.
Very noisy doors. When it closes, a loud noise is heard throughout the entire floor. This is the second floor of a village house with a shared kitchen (no cooking facilities, only warming food) and toilet. The private room is very small.

The hosts were very kind and available throughout the booking and stay. They helped us us as well suggesting places to go and ways to go around Trieste and Basovizza. Very flexible as well for the check in, since we arrive at a different time then the expected one.
The biggest issue for us was the absence of a wifi, which we usually use to work and forced us to take additional shifts at the working place. The position was a bit hidden and the navigator was not able to immediately find the house.

The owners were really kind and helpful.
Everything is pretty close to the accomodation.
restaurant, bakery, grocery shop, cafe, etc.
Pretty quiet
The Alpe-Adria Trail is just two corners from here if you want to stop before Lipica.
It is pretty simple, but perfect for one night during your hike
Not to easy to find it is little bit challenging first time.
They have common bathroom with toilet which it could be problematic if you are hurry.
The other guest wasn't so simpatic but it is not the owners fault. They were pretty loud unfortunately.
