The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. We were allowed to take our elderly dog into breakfast. the breakfast was excellent

The reception was not open until 4 pm which was a bit of a wait.

The location was ideal, very near to the railway station and bus station. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smart with modern furniture and woodwork.
The wifi in the room was very bad. The shower head wouldn't stay in place. The shower room was badly designed and unnecessarily cramped. I had to ask for lighting in the corridor. The hotel wasn't very good value.
