Da localização e envolvencia da herdade. O quarto e a casa de banho têm boas áreas. Limpeza ok.
A herdade tem potencial, mas tal como outros comentários referenciam, falha nos pequenos (grandes) pormenores.
O wifi nunca funcionou, apesar de, no primeiro dia, o funcionário nos garantir que se devia a uma mudança de operador e que estaria a funcionar no dia seguinte - nunca aconteceu.
A zona das espreguiçadeiras e piscina fica um pouco ao abandono (apesar da pouca afluência não houve cuidado de arrumar e limpar as espreguiçadeiras ou apanhar alguns itens perdidos que ficavam no chão), e o acesso à piscina não é fácil, tem que ser feito mesmo junto à tenda de eventos, subindo e descendo escadas de mosaico. Houve dias em que o robot de limpeza ficou na piscina durante o dia.
O pequeno almoço é bom, mas os produtos (pão e bolos) podiam ser mais frescos.

Breakfast was just as I wanted it, served by a lovely lady who was informative about the area. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable and the location peaceful and beautiful. When I left my own special pillow behind upon departure she made the effort to call me, so I could come and collect it. Thank you! That lady is a credit to the establishment!
The restaurant operates as a separate entity which I did not know. First night the hotelier booked me a table but on the Second night the restaurant was closed so a journey to Castello Branco was needed so I could eat something which meant a long and unplanned trip out. Third night, the restaurant was open again....
