Lovely, small boutique hotel in the quiet part of town! This hotel is near a lively selection of pubs and restaurants, as well as small shops and grocers, and it’s a short 15 minute walk to the town’s main tourist attractions. Utrecht is a lovely, vibrant city, and this hotel was an absolute gem!

Beautiful location, with a view to the quieter part of the canal, super close to the city centre but not directly near loud bars. The building is historical and gorgeous, no stairs though. Pretty room with unique design elements, but not as fresh and new as on pictures. The breakfast in bed at choosable time was a very nice touch, and the food itself was tasty and arranged aesthetically.
Some things like towels and bed covering could be renewed. The bathroom smelled like canalisation when we checked in, but maybe it’s due to the proximity of the canal. It got a little bit better after leaving the ventilation on for a while.

Most convenient location to explore Utrecht. It’s close to the city landmarks and restaurants. Yet, quiet neighborhoods.
That a cleaning staff threw out our snack bag without checking with us first.

Great location
Good breakfast in room
Very expensive price for a mediocre room, overlooking staff smoking area, rooms were with old tired furniture and tacky fixtures,We could hear other residents talking through wall, no fire safety standards that I could see.
Old worn towels, kitchen never restocked, had to ask.
Our kitchenette bin wasn’t emptied for 5 days, no mattress protector on bed.
This was simply a home job b&b at 5 star hotel fees.
