Heel knus, fijne sfeer, top locatie

Heel vriendelijk personeel en fijne setting. In het centrum en een heerlijk ontbijtje!

Wel last van herrie op straat en dat kun je natuurlijk ook verwachten op zo'n locatie :)

Wonderful location - easy to walk everywhere

Lovely big bed, coffee machine and kettle; hairdryer and thoughtful addition of yoga mat and yoga guide book.

The blinds at windows didn’t work - one did but not the others. Cup was suitable for coffee but not big enough for tea.

Perfect location,very helpfull and nice staff, room was big and comfortable.

It would be awesome if they would have breakfast as well, but there are a lot of options nearby.

Hotel Simple is far from Simple, but would prefer to call it the Grand Exotic!

Wow I liked everything. The classic decor and color scheme. The receptionist (Spanish lady) and the nice guy servicing the rooms. I love the linen, bathtub, the nice Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules. There was really nothing which I didn't like. I even love all the bathroom necessities and of cause the lovely, lovely smell in the room and the lemon/citrus flavour of the shower gel. This hotel was also close by everything. Walking all over town and the touristic places was all walking distance. This is tar from Simple...it is totally the opposite.

Absolutely nothing... Maybe only the small fridge which wasn't working or making the water cold, but surely this is easy to fix or to replace. A suggestion for the feature to sell breakfast and good coffee in the morning.

Could have been perfect, great potential. But…

Location was great, and front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

1) Room not super clean: a lot of dust, and shoe prints easily seen on the floor. 2) house keeping staff left my room’s door open when they left, and all of my stuff was in the room… 3) safe did not work, or I couldn’t get it to work. There were no instructions 4) wifi in the room (suite 2) was not usable. No internet connection despite access point signal

Superb

Deluxe room was very spacious, nice furniture and deco, self-standing bath tub.

Mattress is slightly too soft to my taste, one drawer was broken and constantly opening.

TV could have been better. friend in a room had much better reception and wider range of channels. normally i wouldnt be bothered about the TV but we went when it was cold and wet and needed some rest time

Great location in a nice hotel but ran totally unprofessionally.

Terrible service, in a four night stay they only came once to clean the room of which they took the towels without replacing them. When I told them about it they replied that they didn’t have time to come clean our room (even though I had specifically chased them to do so) and that they are understaffed.

Simply Exceptional!

Right in the heart of Utrecht's historical centre, 'Hotel Simple' is a perfect point from which to explore this excellent city. Everything about this hotel significantly exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, tasteful and well-conceived, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We shall definitely return and stay for longer.
