Location was perfect for me and the bed was very comfortable
It wasn’t a big deal just the room wasn’t cleaned one of the days, and we hadn’t got new towels

a really stunning hotel in a cute and cool corner of Utrecht. The decor is really nice, it's classy. although there was no window, there is a skylight, and ample lighting in the room. the bathroom is really nice, the shower is perfect and strong, I wish my shower at home was as nice as it was. The staff were amazing, the guy who checked us in was so friendly and his good mood was infectious. There are some lovely bars and restaurants just around the corner as well.

Position is good.
I booked a ‘City View Room’ and got a dreadful view of air conditioning units - Room 31. I requested a change and was moved to Room 19 - far nicer - roomier and at ground level ( no lifts and steep stairs)
