it was good mostly due to the location.

The location is perfect since it is extremely close to a concert venue nearby as well as the central station.

My room had a balcony in which the doors were not insulated properly at all so i was able to hear everything happening outside, it’s valid to have some noises since the hotel is in the heart of the city but that was too much to the point that it felt like i was sitting outside. the hairdryer is old and did not work well.

Ok for a one night stay when you just need somewhere to pay your head.

Great location and I appreciated the free upgrade. Bed was comfortable and room quiet.

The bathroom was little grubby....toothpaste spit underneath the mirror, the glass door of the shower wasn't cleaned from the last guest. Some of the tiles around and underneath the sink hadn't been wiped. The coffee machine didn't work.

I recommend the hotel - good location and good value for money.

Location was excellent - 5 mins walking distance from the train station and close to many shops and a shopping centre. The room was good enough - spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. Staff was friendly and overall my impressions are positive. Hotel has provided earplugs for the neighbouring church - very considerate of them. In any case, this hotel did much better than the Leonardo hotel in Antwerpen.

The pillows were uncomfortable to me - too soft, but that is a matter of a personal preference. There was a church nearby so the sleep could be difficult because the bell was loud enough but the hotel has provided earplugs. My main area of improvement is the breakfast - no joghurt or fruit salad, fruits were extremely scarce, more like a boutique decoration and also there was almost nothing sweet. I did not also like the soap - it was a difficult to squeeze and not so nice to wash with conditioner. There were also people who smoked weed and was strictly forbidden, but sadly the hotel could not find them and take action.

Geweldige locatie

Perfecte locatie!

Erg gehorige kamer, gelegen aan de straatkant en studentikoos personeel. Ook wat gedateerde kamer en badkamer (bijvoorbeeld geen haakje meer aan de stop van het bad waardoor we die er niet meer uitkregen).

ロケーション、朝食が素晴らしい。

ロケーション、町の主要観光地までのアクセスがとても良かった。また、レセプション、レストランのスタッフの対応も素晴らしく、朝食の質も高かった。

イースター休暇中ということもあったが、宿泊価格に対して建物、部屋が釣り合っていないように感じ、少なくても星４つのホテルという心象は受けなかった。部屋の中のスタンドランプの電球が2つとも切れかかっていた。

A good choice to stay, easy accessibility by all kinds of public transport.

Very good bed, room with coffee machine and coffee pds and thea facility. Bathroom very clean. Location is outstanding both for culture (music) as shopping. Good breakfeast, well stuffed.

I do not very much like a bath tube for showering. Atleast there was a firm well placed grip.

Prima voor een nachtje

De mensen die er werkten waren super behulpzaam en vriendelijk Locatie in het centrum Bed lag lekker Ruime kamer Fijn zitje op de kamer en het balkon

De indruk overall Het zag er allemaal een beetje smoezelig uit .. vloeren en interieur waren versleten en gedateerd .. Ontbijt was op zaterdag pas om 08.00 ..

Gewoon Nederlands

Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Handgeschreven kaartje met een welkom. TOP

S'avonds om 11 uur zagen wij alleen maar het hotel op het beeld van de tekevisie. Na gebeld te hebben hadden wij verwacht dat er iemand zou komen om dat probleem op te lossen. Niemand gezien dus.

- Uitzicht - Ruime kamer

- Badkamer is gedateerd. - Bad had losse onderdelen. - Douchekop was aan het vervellen. - Personeel reageert droog. - Lift is ouderwets.

waardeloos slechte bedden

levensgevaarlijke douche in bad voor oudere mensen tegen de tachtig jaar, slechte verlichting en te weinig stopcontacten, wel ruime kamer en een schuifdeur voor de levensgevaarlijke badkamer die voor geen meter afsloot.

prima voor 1 dag als single, maar voor meerdere dagen gewoonweg niet te betalen

De locatie is fantastisch; je loopt vanuit het hotel zo het centrum in. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker.

Ik vind de prijs voor een eenpersoonskamer wel aan de hoge kant.

Hyggelig ansatte men nedslitt hotell.

Bra , hyggelig betjening. Normal frokost.

Hotellet er preget av etterslep på vedlikehold. Det har ikke skjedd mye siden sist jeg var her i 2003.

Very poor

Poorly maintained. Very small, uncomfortable and inefficiently laid-out rooms. The AC stands in the room and is connected to the outside through a screen which unfolds when you open the window.

Perfect location, perfect rooms.

The location of the hotel is great as you can have direct access to everything. It is just five minutes away from the city center. The parking place is just two minutes walking from the hotel and it is a very cheap one. The breakfast is fantastic with very high quality

Great location good value

This hotel is in an excellent location,just across the plaza in front of the mall in front of the train station. There is a Starbucks across the street and two convenient stores nearby for snacks. Two left's and you are at the canal. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

That’s not 4 stars hotel – dirty and old. Need to be refurbished immediately.

I decide to book Leonardo Hotel having experience from 4 stars Leonardo Hotels in Vienna, Berlin, and some others. What a sad experience visiting Leonardo Hotel in Utrecht. Except the reception staff and quite good breakfast I was astonished the conditions of the rooms, bathroom, staircase, and lift. Rooms ware dirty, bath has broken scratches, washing basin was small like in the train. Some of the equipment was rusted. The bathroom equipment was poor, and the quality was not acceptable. It’s not possible to come to the hotel by car, the nearest car park is 10 minutes walking distance. What a disaster for 4 stars hotel.
