Next to the central train station
No proper tea/coffee cups in our room. No milk/ creamer for tea/coffee. No shampoo. No tissues. For an expensive hotel it felt very paired down.

Incredible location! Right at the train station and huge mall. Spacious comfortable rooms. Gorgeous indoor pool with deck chair areas! Helpful staff.
Gym had no free weights at all. Not able to do a proper workout.

Central, comfortable, modern, clean facilities. The staff very friendly and courteous. Proximity not only to train station but to the shopping mall was great, just walk out to mall to get food, and right there to catch a train. Even though a view over train station, there was excellent noise attentuation in our 8th floor location and didnt notice any noise. Hotel staff helpful with small issue.
Issue connecting to streaming services through TV, could not access using suggested methods offered. Not critical to our 2 night stay and staff were helpful. Was expensive but didnt realise Grand Prix was on in Amsterdam at that time.

Location was good for access to Utrecht, directly next to Utrecht Centraal station.
Chose for location and spa - spa access times were good but very tired equipment and no slippers or robes provided so spa area floor was soaking wet. Cold pool. Felt like little changes could have made this overall a much nicer experience.
