It was perfectly located and our host was extremely kind and solicitous throughout our stay. There was nearby parking and getting into and out of the property was simple and convenient
To be really honest, the arrangement of the bathroom (shower) toilet and washing facilities was a bit cramped and inconvenient. Also despite shaded glass partitions and a sliding door, the facilities were not quite as 'private' as some people might like. All in all, I think the 'conversion' of this room into a rentable space, did not leave a lot of room inside. There was a terrace upon which you could sit but that was not really usable at this time of year. We had no problems - but others might feel a little constricted

Very good location at the center of Utrecht, fantastic welcome by the owner. He took time to offer us tea and give us some useful sightseeing tips. The coffee machine (Illy) is a nice touch. We also received a list of good tips from the owner. The Cupp café around the corner is great place for breakfast (being French, I really enjoy the warm freshly baked croissants!).
On check-out we could leave our luggage and collect it later on.
The micro-bathroom is a bit strange - The water taps are beside the toilet (above the toilet paper), and at least one meter from the shower itself. The shower is designed for tall persons who wash their hair every day (not for short women with long hair). I would have appreciated the option of a flexible hand shower.
In winter the room is probably cold despite the large convector radiator

The location was excellent, walking distance to the main attractions. Plus, near a bus stop so it makes it easy to move around to and from the Central train station.

Henk was a very nice and helpful host, the room is located very central and very quiet!
We didn't realize when booking, that the toilette was outside the room and shared with other guests. Therefore the room was overpriced.
