We chose this place based on the good reviews, but we were not that impressed. The beachfront location is very nice, but the room needs improvement. The bed sheets were not as clean as they should have been, the bathroom sink faucet wasn’t working (but the staff fixed it), and the toilet and shower were outside. This wouldn't be a problem if they were kept in better condition: the toilet is old and damaged, and the shower is full of leaves and other debris from the roof. The outdoor bathroom itself doesn’t have a roof and we believe ours was the only room like this (Room 01).
The staff barely speak English, so it’s difficult to communicate if there is a problem. Breakfast is good and tasty, even though there isn’t much choice. It takes them a long time to prepare it – we waited half an hour for two pancakes and two coffees. They did not clean our room.
Overall, everything went well (we stayed for two nights), but we wouldn't come to this resort again.

The rooms were large and comfortable and the location in front of the beach was great.
The support infrastructure (reception, pool, bar, restaurant, garden) are not at the same level as the rooms. Far from that.

Breakfast is very basic, but pleasant. Staff very nice and accomodating. . Very cute bungalow and soooo close to the beach and the nicest part of Gili Air. Could have been a little bit cleaner, but no major complaints for the price and location.
