From the moment we arrived, PinkCoco Gili Air felt special. The beachfront setting, beautiful pool, excellent restaurants, sunsets and peaceful atmosphere create a wonderful sense of calm and genuine zen moments.
What truly makes the place exceptional is the staff: warm, attentive and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Anna, the Customer Experience Manager, for her kindness, availability and extraordinary attention to every detail.
The room was always impeccably clean, with outstanding care given to hygiene and all the small details. Most importantly, the team helped us create a deeply personal and very special moment in our lives. The care they put into making everything as magical as possible touched us enormously and gave us a memory we will treasure forever.

PinkCoco was such a special place to stay — one of those hotels where the attention to detail makes all the difference. From the moment we arrived, there were thoughtful little surprises throughout the day, and the turn-down gifts each evening were such a lovely touch. It was clear that so much care had gone into making guests feel special, and those little details really made our stay.
The location is fantastic, right on the beach, with a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool was spotless, with plenty of comfortable lounging space around it, and it was the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon reading and enjoying the sunshine.
And then there was the breakfast! Absolutely outstanding. There was so much choice and everything we tried was delicious. I’m still dreaming about the pink pancakes!
The hotel also arranged a private snorkelling trip for us on the Pink Boat, which was fantastic. The whole experience was beautifully organised, and swimming alongside sea turtles was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
Gili Air completely exceeded our expectations, and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. PinkCoco manages to combine a beautiful setting with fantastic service and those wonderful little touches that make a holiday feel truly memorable.
We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again.
