Tv was in a funny spot mounted behind a radiator
Also couldn’t really turn on the tap in the sink because it was right up against the mirror and to put the tap on you would’ve broken the mirror

The views across the firth are great. We were lucky to see cruise liners on most days. The location is not far from the A9 which is convenient. The bar/restaurant food is great, especially the breakfast.
The lobby and stair carpet is showing its age as is the restaurant furniture. It is what it is. It’s not pretending to be anything other than a bar B&B so you know what to expect.

The room was simple but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The food we ordered from the restaurant downstairs was really good. Despite the restaurant being right below, there was no problem with excessive noise or getting a good night’s sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location with a lovely view of the bay. Parking worked out fine for us, although the car park can get quite crowded. Overall, a really nice place to stay and definitely worth recommending!
