Lovely old Scottish hotel. Tired and needs updating but that's what we like.
Staff shortages meant that the restaurant was not open for dinner for several nights and the hotel bar was closed for three nights in a row when we were there. So no facilities available for use after the breakfast service was done. Not as advertised.

Its location, needed to stay not too far from Dornoch which was only 15-20 mins away.
Hotel very dated. Showers are not good and there is no rubber safety mat. Curtains old & ripped. Room was drafty. Evening meal very overpriced & very average.
