The Cairn Hotel is a lovely hotel in a great location, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. Whilst my room wasn’t en-suite, my private toilet was 2 steps across the corridor - not big deal, but remember your key otherwise you're locked out of your room
Dinner was excellent from a well appointed menu, I had the haggis lasagne which was very well presented, generously portioned, and served efficiently.
The bar is adjacent and is very well stocked with a good selection of wines, beers & spirits, I had an excellent well poured Guinness that hit the spot after a long day.
Breakfast, absolutely outstanding, possibly one of the best planed breakfasts for a long time.

Second stay at the Cairn, and it's all around delightful. The food is excellent, the decoration, and you have the village pub right under the same roof! We had a blast at the Friday evening live music and enjoyed exploring around the area. Can't wait to go back.

Really enjoyed, very friendly and helpful staff who helped us despite us arriving very late at the property. Breakfast was very good too. Strongly recommend
