Beautiful historic property. AC in the bedrooms was welcome. Great location, in the old town/shopping district, walkable to ferries and trains.
Dangerous steps on upper floor and stair railing was broken.
Fan in bathroom not working and staff unable to help with this. No kitchen knives. Only one light in upstairs bathroom no and door slams shut before you can reach it or find it in the dark!
We experienced a power cut when a few appliances were running concurrently. UK customers may not be familiar with this limitation on local electricity systems.

Apartment was quirky and historic and we loved the look and feel of it. Loved the small balcony to sit and watch street life. Two bathrooms was useful. Excellent location, five minutes walk to the waterfront and ten to the rail station. Shops very close nearby including small supermarkets. Bedrooms very comfortable. Overall very good.
The electrics were odd and if you used the toaster or the dishwasher at the same time as the washing machine the trip would go and you had to reset it, including going to the cupboard by the front street door. You were constantly referred to the instruction guide but you don't really want to be reading instructions and resetting electrics when you are supposed to be on holiday. Electrics definitely need looked at to make this location go from good to fantastic. Aircon system was probably quite old and struggled a bit in the heat wave we happened to have visited in but was manageable.

Great location near the lake, restaurants, and grocery stores (funicular also reasonably close, though a bit further from the station). Spacious by European standards, with a large modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Smooth check-in with clear instructions and a helpful e-booklet.
No elevator to the 2nd floor, difficult with luggage and kids. AC units (bedrooms only) were old and only cooled modestly. The electric meter tripped 3 times when multiple appliances ran together, requiring a reset from the ground floor. Only one fan provided despite repeated requests for another; the large living room was unusable in daytime heat as a result.
