Could not get in put details in entry manual did not work waited a door 1hour before we got the number of our room
No body at reception till 8 o’clock at night so unable to speak to anybody

Very clean.
In a quiet area.
Comfortable bed and good shower.
Immediately next to a Kentucky which was useful as most places closed as was a Bank Holiday.
The lady who arrived the next day to do reception and breakfast was lovely and was working very hard.
The buffet breakfast which also has eggs and bacon was good.
We would stay again.
The room was a bit small for the two of us and our dog, it was a lovely big bed but there wasn't much room around the bed.
The bathroom was small but serviceable.
There were no staff when we arrived as it was a Bank Holiday.
We had a problem using the electronic system to get in but managed after using the help phone which was there.
