Given that this is a 2 star property we weren’t expecting much but we’re impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. A good night’s sleep.
Not located at a service stop but a short drive from the motorway. Only a couple of minutes. Small bathroom facilities.

Our third stay here with our dogs. We had a first floor studio in this motel style hotel. The studio had a small kitchenette area with microwave and fridge.
Good sized room, very clean. Bed was comfortable.
Great location just off the motorway but very quiet.
We have eaten in the restaurant before - dinner and breakfast- both very good.
Good area to walk dogs - round grounds and around quiet local roads.
It’s a well priced, comfortable and convenient hotel. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast and dinner were good. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean and tidy.
Bathroom was very small and the hotel took two payments from my card, the “booking” payment and the payment made at checkin. They’re still holding the booking payment a week later which means that for a week, my bank says I’ve effectively paid twice.
